Pump Techniques Rooted from Aerospace Techniques
Turbo-pump is the heart of liquid propellant rocket engine. The
turbine and pump normally share the same shaft and turbine drives
the pump. The shaft has high temperature at one end and super low
temperature at the other end, and rotates with high speed. The head
of a single stage pump can be several thousand meters. The working
conditions of the pump are very strict, since liquid propellants
are highly inflammable and explosive. Since 1958,we have developed
over a hundred rocket engine pumps. We have great breakthroughs
in hydraulic model optimization, cavitation mechanism, inducer and
centrifugal impeller matching, high load/high speed bearing, high
PV/super low viscosity dynamic seal, and high speed gears. Those
achievements laid solid foundation for industrial pump development,
for example, high speed pumps, high pressure/abrasion-proof pumps
and cryogenic pumps.
The special pumps are manufactured in our fabrication center which
locates in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Zone. Every
product is carefully tested on the advanced pump testing stand before
shipment. Our customers give good remarks on the quality and performance
of our pumps.
